Eat: Crock Pot Chicken and Stuffing

Here’s another super-easy crock pot recipe! This recipe has such a comfort food feel, and on a cold February day such today, it’s the perfect dinner! Plus my kids will eat it so it’s a win-win!!

Ingredients:

  • 2-3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 box of stuffing
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup of sour cream
  • 1/4 cup water


Directions:

In a small bowl, mix together the soup, sour cream, and the water. Set aside.

Place chicken breasts in crock pot. Open stuffing mix and shake it over chicken.  

Pour sour cream/soup/water mix on top and cook on low for 4 hours.

Voila! Dinner!

    We add a package of California Blend Vegetables(Broccoli, carrots and Cauliflower) when cooking but use 8 ounces of sour cream instead of 4 and the last 15 minutes sprinkle cheddar cheese on top till melted. serve with warm rolls and you got your whole meal.
