First of all, how is it August already? I mean, I swear it was just the 4th of July. For many of us, August means the countdown to our children returning to school, and there never seems like there is enough time to cram in every last little outing to close out the summer. For instance, the last two summers, including this current one, I have been wanting to take my kiddos to Millennium Park in Walker, and have yet to do so. And in looking at our family calendar for the next several weeks, I am not sure how we are going to get there, but fingers crossed for a Friday with nice weather so we can go!
